How it works

The Images in the Preview Images Section are for your reference purpose. We will use the image that you upload here for processing the order

Simply upload the image here using the'Upload ' Button , alternatively you can skip uploading the image and can continue to place the order and send the image at Info@theskinmantra.com with your order id.

Return or Refund will not be possible for any customised/personalised goods as the goods are made with personalised picture and cannot be resold by us or have any other Use for us.

However if the personalised/customised product is found to be in damaged condition or sub-par quality we'll be able to Replace it.

Simply enter your desired Name or Letters in the Space which is Provided above the Add to Cart Button.

The Sleeve will be made with Your given Name/Letter with the same visual effects & fonts as shown in the preview image.

A. We got you Simply Head to 'Designed For You' (or DFY) Section. The DFY series of some great looking Designs with an option to enter your name or Name Initials. No Design skills needed , just pick the esign you like and enter your name to have it customized.

Q. What If want to see the preview of the Sleeve?

A. The real-time preview of the sleeve with your name/letter is not shown, however, you can always request a preview by email: info@theskinmantra & call/Whatsapp 93217 30295.

Q. Will the Sleeve be the right size for my Laptop/Macbook.

A. We have covered most laptops and MacBook models in the Size Section.

Q. How Much time before I get my order.

A. We typically take 1-2 working days to despatch your order and further 2-4 days should be considered for shipping. Overall 3-5 working days.
