What is the standard delivery time ?

For most products the shipping time is mentioned on the product page , however all products are shipped within 48-72 hours of placing the order and reach most locations in India within 4-6 working days.

All items mentioned as 'In stock' have an estimated shipping period of 4-6 working days:

How much are the shipping and handling charges?

You pay what you see.  So where there is shipping charge to be paid , you will see it mentioned clearly on the page itself . Where the shipping is free you will see that clearly as well . Simple.

Where’s the TAXMAN?

You only pay what you see. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes and octroi.  Simple again.

Do you deliver outside India?

Currently you cant place orders online where the delivery is needed outside India, However we would be starting this service pretty soon.


However we continue to accept orders offline for addresses outside India.

Where’s my product?

The exact status of your order can always my checked by logging in and clicking on the status.  However if you are unable to get the desired information. , simply write to us at with the subject line

'Im waiting for my Product and Order No : Your order no

We will reply to your email anyway but using the above subject line will just make things really quick.

Cancellation Policy:

In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we mfg all order the orders within 24-48 hours of you placing the order . As long as your order has not been processed  , we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with us  for cancellation at the earliest. to avoid any disappointment.


What if the skin that is shipped is found to be damaged or different from what is ordered?

For Non- Customised Goods.

Simply report the issue to us within 3 day of receiving the product by emailing at,  and we will initiate the exchange for the (same)  product . The old goods will be collected from your location without any cost  and corrected order will be sent as per the normal delivery timeline.

If I simply wish to return or exchange  the product?

Ans) Exchange or Refund will not be possible for any customised/personalised goods as the goods are made with personalised picture and cannot be resold by us or have any other Use for us  

However if the personalised/customised product is found to be in damaged condition or sub-par quality please follow the same procedure as highlighted above .

How am I refunded in case of Returned Product?

In case of product returns of prepaid shipment , the complete  amount will be refunded to you in you bank account within 24-48 hours of us receiving the order.

For any form of Online xactions such as : credit card, debit card, netbanking,  wallet , UPI , the amount will be refunded to you in the bank account or wallet.  


PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR  CASH ON DELIVERY orders, a Convenience fee of Rs 100 is retained from the total amount paid  and the balance amount is refunded to you. 


It takes anywhere from 1-3 working days for refund to be processed if the payment was made online. 


Cash On Delivery orders, the refund takes an extra 2 days as the refund processing is manual . 


What is the delivery time for Intl Shipments?

International delivery time is approximately 8-10 Working days.

For some shipments delivered outside the India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.

International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.
